About me /
Overview
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Zaizi, I focus on user-centred, accessible and content-driven design to improve the clarity and effectiveness of complex public sector services.
Previously, I was Principal UX Designer at Tearfund, a large international development charity operating in over 50 countries with an annual income of £85 million. During my six years there, I led a team of designers, helped establish a UX culture, and developed a strong commitment to using design for social good, which ultimately inspired my move into the public sector – guided by a sense of purpose.
Before that, I held several senior design roles at Haymarket Media Group, a global publisher with a portfolio of respected brands. I worked across websites, magazines, social content, marketing campaigns and apps – leading award-winning projects and receiving internal recognition, including Colleague of the Year.
I have a first-class BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and have completed courses covering UX design, user research, usability testing, content design, service design, accessibility, rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and artificial intelligence.
